Context:

School workshop project on hybrid games: build a connected physical toy. Orbos is a handheld device for playing an augmented version of hide-and-seek.

The device connects to the players' smartphones and tracks their positions: the hunter's Orbos glows red as they close in on a hidden player, and blue as they move away.

Built in one week at the Cité des sciences fablab in Paris, and demoed at the Maker Faire convention.
